Once a order is created, there are no refunds. All videos created and delivered to clients of ariel-media.com are nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our costs once we have created the video, however we do offer revisions on any of our content creations
Revision Policy
Even though we have a strict refund policy, we offer a minimum of 2 revision per purchase, with some services and packages having up to 10 revisions!
